Automotive Technician - 802 Toyota
802 Toyota is one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, is growing rapidly and is in need of an Automotive Technician! We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, an efficient parts department, and plenty of work to go around!
EARNING POTENTIAL:We value our Technicians, pay is competitive and can increase drastically depending on experience and performance in the role. Our Technicians typically earn between $45,000 - $100,000 per year, and have the potential to earn up to a $4,000/year bonus!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive vehicles
- Complete a Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle
- Test drive vehicles including some with manual transmission
- Toyota experience and or ASE Certifications a Plus!
- Fast, eager learner and team player
- Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
- Basic computer skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license

Valet Attendant - 802 Toyota

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tagging service vehicles and parking the vehicles in the lot for service technicians
- Staging vehicles upon completion for customer delivery
- Keeping the service drive/service reception area clean
- Assisting in snow removal from the parking lot, entrances, and service vehicle
- Shuttling customers to and from the dealership
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of service loaner vehicles
- Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the service manager

This role is designed to help maximize the performance of our Service Department while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. EARNING POTENTIAL:
Depending on experience and performance, candidates can expect to earn between $40,000-$50,000 annually, with the potential for increased pay..
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain a professional appearance on the phone and in person at all times
- Obtain information from customers and assist in logging it into the computer
- Communicates both on the phone and in person with customers and potential customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize any time on hold
- Take accurate and thorough messages when appropriate. Note the caller's name and phone number, where they may be reached, time of call, and any message they may have
- Act as an assistant to the Service Director with correspondence, phone calls, appointments
- Assist the Service Director with various tasks and duties as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Writing/mailing out recall postcards as needed
- Call customers when their parts are in/schedule appointments
- Check Group voicemail and call customers back as needed
- Additional duties as needed
- Prior dealership experience preferred, including warranty administration experience and customer relations
