802 Toyota is seeking a highly skilled and certified Toyota Master Technician to join our service team. This role is responcible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to staying current with evolving automotive technology.
EARNING POTENTIAL:$80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, certifications, and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Toyota vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for additional service needs
- Document all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership management system
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines clearly
- Stay up to date with Toyota training, certifications, and technical service bulletins
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed
- Toyota Master Technician Certification required
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience, preferably within a Toyota dealership
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Valet Attendant/Porter - 802 Toyota
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Valet / Porter to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our service department running smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining lot organization, and providing a positive first impression for our customers. EARNING POTENTIAL:Pay for our Valet Attendants starts at $18/hour with plenty of opportunity for growth within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Safely move, tag, and park customer and company vehicles for service technicians, including maneuvering and parking in tight spaces without causing damage
- Stage vehicles upon completion for timely and organized customer delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, reception area, and parking lot
- Assist with snow removal from service parking areas, entrances, and service vehicles as needed
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership in a safe and courteous manner
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, mileage, cleanliness, etc.)
Wash and prepare vehicles for delivery as needed

Job Title: Office Administrator/Clerk
Department: Finance
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Pay Range: $43,500 - $46,000 Annually (Full time based on 40 hour/ week)
Position Summary:
802 Toyota is one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, we are looking for a dependable and detailed orientated Office Admin/Clerk to join our team. This role provides supporting roles to various office functions to ensure proper tracking of workflows and timeliness of transaction processing.
Essential Duties:
Maintain tracking systems for workflows and missing information;
File completed deals;
File titles and follow-up on missing titles;
Post vehicle acquisitions (factory purchases, direct acquisitions, and swaps);
Submit third party incentives;
Backup title clerk duties; and
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work collaboratively with others, be adaptable to unexpected inquiries, skilled with the use of spreadsheets and adept at learning new software.
Education & Experience:
Office or other Automotive experience preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain a professional appearance on the phone and in person at all times
- Obtain information from customers and assist in logging it into the computer
- Communicates both on the phone and in person with customers and potential customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize any time on hold
