Toyota Master Technician - 802 Toyota
802 Toyota is seeking a highly skilled and certified Toyota Master Technician to join our service team. This role is responcible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Toyota vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to staying current with evolving automotive technology.
EARNING POTENTIAL:$80,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, certifications, and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Toyota vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for additional service needs
- Document all work performed, including parts used and labor time, in the dealership management system
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and timelines clearly
- Stay up to date with Toyota training, certifications, and technical service bulletins
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Mentor and assist junior technicians as needed
- Toyota Master Technician Certification required
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience, preferably within a Toyota dealership
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- ASE certifications
- Hybrid and electric vehicle experience
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Automotive Detailer - 802 Toyota
Welcome to 802 Toyota! We are one of the largest dealerships in Vermont, are growing rapidly, and are looking for an Automotive Detailer to join our team. We offer amazing teammates, job stability, and plenty of opportunity forcareer advancement in our dealership group!
We value our detailers and on average our flat rate detailers make around $21/hour and could easily increase from there depending on experience and performance in the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Washes cars; removes tar and other material from vehicle surfaces
- For new vehicles, removes protective coverings, packaging and containers as necessary
- Cleans floor mats, dashboard, interior door panels, carpets, and other interior surfaces
- Waxes cars; may use power buffer
- Selects and uses appropriate cleaning products for a variety of reconditioning tasks, e.g. cleaning glass, rubber, upholstery, and plastic surfaces
- Stores tools and supplies in their proper places
- Keeps the detailing/recon area clean and free of tripping and other hazards
- Performs other duties as assigned

Valet Attendant/Porter - 802 Toyota
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Valet / Porter to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our service department running smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining lot organization, and providing a positive first impression for our customers. EARNING POTENTIAL:Pay for our Valet Attendants starts at $18/hour with plenty of opportunity for growth within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Safely move, tag, and park customer and company vehicles for service technicians, including maneuvering and parking in tight spaces without causing damage
- Stage vehicles upon completion for timely and organized customer delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, reception area, and parking lot
- Assist with snow removal from service parking areas, entrances, and service vehicles as needed
- Shuttle customers to and from the dealership in a safe and courteous manner
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, mileage, cleanliness, etc.)
Wash and prepare vehicles for delivery as needed
Clean and maintain interior and exterior of service loaner vehicles
Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow throughout the day
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform other duties as assigned
