Valet Attendant - 802 Toyota

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tagging service vehicles and parking the vehicles in the lot for service technicians
- Staging vehicles upon completion for customer delivery
- Keeping the service drive/service reception area clean
- Assisting in snow removal from the parking lot, entrances, and service vehicle
- Shuttling customers to and from the dealership
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning of service loaner vehicles
- Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the service manager

- Proficient with gmail/google docs and able to operate computer-based systems

The right candidates can expect a starting rate of $20.00 per hour. The HR & Safety Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for both Human Resources and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) functions. This position reports directly to the Human Resource Director and assists with maintaining employee records, coordinating training and safety programs, supporting recruitment efforts, and managing safety documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to promoting a safe and supportive work environment while upholding HR best practices and ensuring confidentiality in all employee and organizational matters.

- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Provide administrative assistance for HR projects, meetings, and employee programs.
- Help manage and update safety programs, procedures, and documentation.

- Maintain and update safety training records, accident logs, and inspection reports.
- Assist in monitoring safety compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA).

REQUIREMENTS:

At 802 Toyota, we offer a relaxed and supportive work environment, job stability, and the opportunity to work alongside great teammates. The Service Advisor plays a key role in maximizing Service Department performance while maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Depending on experience and performance, this position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greets customer and obtains customer and vehicle information and mileage.
- Determines general nature of repairs needed and writes a clear description of customer needs on the repair order.
- Points out other noticed repairs or maintenance for which the customer has a need.
- Provides customer with estimated repair costs and anticipated time of completion.
- Sends repair order to be dispatched and maintains contact with technicians throughout the workday.
- Calculates estimates on technician found repairs and notifies customer of these needs.
- Notifies customer when repairs are completed.
- At pick-up, reviews work performed and multi-point inspection results.
- Answer phones, collect customer info and make appointments
