Jim Lubas is a certified Toyota Service Writer. He has been with Toyota over 6.5 years, and in the automotive business over 25 years. Jim's knowledge of Toyota vehicles makes everything easier for you! Although, our Service Writers are highly trained, Jim has the extra advantage of actually knowing the ins and outs of your Toyota engine. He is a Toyota Master Tech., Toyota T10 Graduate, an ASE Master Tech., an Adjunct Instructor of Automotive Dept., received the 2006 Customer Satisfaction Award, and was named the 2006-2007 Presidential Award Winner for Toyota. Jim likes to quote George Edward Woodberry, "Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure."
