$1000 Customer Loyalty Program

Now at 802 Toyota, an offer that will save you $1000!

Buy a new Toyota and receive a $1000 certificate toward your next new vehicle purchase when you do the minimum required maintenance with the 802 Toyota Service Department. To be eligible for this voucher, bring in your new vehicle every 5,000 miles or 6 months to get the recommend services outlined in your owner?s manual.

Toyota Care makes it even easier...

At 802 Toyota all newly purchased Toyota come with Toyota Care, a program that provides new Toyota customers 2 years, or 25,000 miles (whichever comes first), of complimentary Toyota scheduled vehicle maintenance.  For 802 Toyota's loyal customers this means that Toyota will cover your first (5) 5,000 mile manufacturer scheduled services for your Toyota vehicle at no cost to you, making it even easier to meet the requirements for the $1000 Customer Loyalty from 802 Toyota.

Can't make it in for service at exactly 5,000 miles? The built in 'buffer zone' is here to help.

Worried that you won't make your next scheduled service on time and miss out on the $1,000 Customer Loyalty? No worries here, making the 'minimum required' includes a 'buffer zone' that allows you to get the services done 1,000 miles below or beyond the recommended amount of 5,000. So if you're returning from a road trip and you're going to go over your mileage for your next service, don't worry, you have a 'buffer zone' of 1,000 miles. Next time though, plan ahead before going on an extended trip and bring your Toyota in and our Service team will make sure the recorded maintenance is done on time and you won't exceed the 'buffer zone' on your way back.

Receive your $1,000 Customer Loyalty Certificate

After 36 months of service with our dealerships, you will receive an eligibility postcard in the mail for $1000 off any new vehicle bough from the dealer you did your services with. This certificate is only valid when you provide evidence of the maintenance, such as repair orders and receipts and must be used within a 12 month period. So keep those service records!
